and he plans to talk with us. he is trying to get a briefing from the fire, the police department to get the latest information. he would join us shortly. >> i'mpolice are searching for the driver of a van that crashed on i-280 near redwood city late last night killing one person. the chp said the van was traveling on nb i-280 when it veered off the road and struck trees. the right side of the van was torn off from the accident. the driver and a passenger were the only two people on the bus. the passenger was pronounced dead at the scene and is being described as a man in his 30s from san francisco. the driver has not been found, but an injured man was found in a wooded area along the freeway and was transported to the hospital.

>> bart trains are running this morning. and riders will not have to worry about a strike until october. a judge signed off on governor jerry brown's request for a 60-day cooling-off period between bart and it's union members. the injunction by a superior court judge means that trains will roll unobstructed by the threat of a strike for at least the next 60 days while bart and union members continue to work to reach a contract agreement. bart and its labor unions say they want a tentative agreement, but both sides are tens of millions of dollars apart. bart presented a new offer no contract. >> will like to see the legislation as a go through with the audit that they discussed and that will show that there's absolutely no reason for this. we had access to budget information and this is a more accurate to show how much money is really there. >> like last month, another

bart strike will transportation. bart workers say ridership and workload are at the highest they've ever been, and refuse to settle for a contract that will put their lives in danger. >> after an agonizing week of waiting, hoping and praying -- 16-year-old hannah anderson finally reunited with her family. her father, brett anderson met her at an idaho hospital. hannah went to the hospital to for routine evaluation, but was unharmed. she was rescued from the idaho wilderness saturday afternoon. her captor, dimaggio was killed by authorities. >> special agents with the fbi along with salt lake city division retrieve the suspect at a campsite. they moved in to rescue the teen and the suspect is the deceased. >> he was in a very rugged area. we had to look at the

tactical issues. it is a complex search. >> investigators say an f-b-i agent shot and killed dimaggio as they tried to arrest him. >> family and friends of missing oakland woman, sandra coke, are waiting to hear from the coroners office today. investigators found a woman's body in vacaville friday but they have not said whether it is that of sandra. the federal investigator went missing last sunday. police say she was seen in the company of her long-time ex-boyfriend on the day of her disappearance. he is identified as 56- year-old randy alana. police have named him a person of interest in the case.

we do know that involves a party bus. i just spoke with the chp and they stated that they're still searching for the driver. it is right about timing. this is basically where the cars to turn. this was about to end 50 a.m. last my. they were traveling northbound onto a when the driver lost control. he did not even skit, he did not have a chance to correct himself. the party bus land off the in bake men. the passenger was found dead in the party bus trapped in a seat belt. they found a man old party bus. they were not able to find the driver but they did find a person with injuries a short distance from bay area. right now,
